Nella BU Battery Systems, mettiamo a disposizione una vasta competenza che inizia dalla concept-phase e prosegue con la progettazione, lo sviluppo, la prototipazione, la validazione e la produzione di sistemi di batterie ad alte prestazioni. Offriamo una gamma completa di soluzioni personalizzate e shelf, in grado di rispondere alle sfide poste da qualsiasi sistema di accumulo di energia elettrica. I nostri prodotti e i servizi correlati coprono l’intero ciclo di sviluppo della batteria, dalla valutazione e selezione della singola cella fino alla validazione dell’intero sistema. Grazie ai nostri algoritmi proprietari di gestione della batteria (oggetto di brevetto europeo) e al BMS, garantiamo il funzionamento sicuro del pacco batteria, massimizzando al contempo le prestazioni.

KNOW-HOW

Our innovation and ability designing EV applications comes from more than 20 years of experience in the field of zero-emission mobility.

Our main strength is the deep preparation and proven experience in the field of engineering, ranging from the design of electric and hybrid vehicles, industrial electric storage, power management systems for vehicles.

ENGINEERING
We start form the concept phase supporting the customer to define the appropriate specifications, up to the design phase with simulation / virtual validation, to deliver a complete package of technical documentation and specification needed to proceed with the following project steps.

Our Engineering can also perform the system integration into the vehicle in a co-design approach with the customer.

PROTOTYPES
The Voltmec’s prototype shop can build single prototypes, low volume production batches and devices for testing.

Our prototype’s building experience includes:

  • Power packs
  • Energy generators
  • Prototypes installation into the vehicles / systems
  • EOL
  • Testing equipment
VALIDATION
We provide a full service of DV Design Validation and PV Product Validation.

We can develop, with our engineers, a detailed development plan according to the customer’s specification and timing.

We manage the test sessions performing test internally (when applicable) or through external labs provided of the needed certifications.

We analyze the test results, and we release a complete validation report with a list of corrective actions to be implemented (if needed).

PRODUCTION
Our production strategy:

  • Voltmec: Prototypes and low volume productions (IATF Certification expected for Q1 2026)
  • P&C Systems Plants: Mass production volumes with IATF 16949 Standards.
    Voltmec provides technical support, operators training and process development Simulation.
    Voltmec is in charge to provide the whole Engineering support during the R&D phase.
